BY PURCHASING A TAIL FROM FISH BUTTS, LLC YOU AGREE TO
TERMS & CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE:
NO REFUND or RETURNS!! Once Full payment is made! Why Nonrefundable? There are reasons why tail makers (there are others- check terms and conditions on tail maker’s pages if you don’t believe me) don’t give back money because your payment is used for purchasing your fins and supplies used to make your tail. Usually anything made to order is non-refundable because their custom made for people by their measurements. Repairs and Sizing issues can be discussed with tail maker to work on a solution.
NO RUSH / DEADLINE ORDERS!! We at FishButts want to give our customers a beautiful piece of work, but rushing a tail could cause issues if tail isn’t properly cured.
4 MONTH MINIMUM PRODUCTION TIME!! From the moment Payment is received Production time for the tail. Summer is around the corner and FishButts will do its best to get it to you as soon as it can but remember there are other orders as well attention is paid to all tails in order for them to come out to your specifics.
UPDATES: For ALL tail Updates; there is NO specific update timetable. FishButts will Contact you, through FishButtsForSale@Gmail.com for any status updates or when nearing completion. A photo of your Completed Tail and Tracking information will be sent to you once completed. Your patience is required and appreciated in this area.
Ordering Process
All orders are placed by e-mail. Contact us first before making payment- Fishbuttsforsale@gmail.com. When all order details are finalized by customer, Payment information will be collected through PayPal at that time. No Payments will be accepted until Tail maker is contacted first! and appreciated in this area
